Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Queue Park processes your personal data. Data controller: the site publisher (see Legal notice), contact: [email protected].

Data processed, purposes and legal bases

• Account (email address, and where applicable name and profile picture via Google): creating and managing your account — performance of the service / your consent.
• Preferences (language, theme, time format) and favourites (parks, attractions, shows): personalising your experience — performance of the service.
• Wait-time alerts and show reminders, together with the notification subscriptions of your devices: sending you the notifications you requested — your consent.
• Audience measurement (Google Analytics): traffic statistics — your consent (see the Cookie Policy).

Recipients and processors

Your data is not sold. It is processed by providers acting on our behalf: Google (authentication and audience measurement), Resend (sending sign-in emails), IONOS (hosting, European Union).

Some providers (Google, Resend) are established in the United States; any transfers are governed by the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR (Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses).

Retention periods

• Account data: until the account is deleted.
• Alerts: valid for the current day; history kept for 30 days.
• Show reminders: deleted once the performance has passed.
• Sign-in sessions: for the validity period of the session.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction. From your profile (Preferences → Privacy tab) you can directly change your email, download your data (JSON) and delete your account. For any other request, write to [email protected].

You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL — cnil.fr).

Security and minors

Communications are encrypted (HTTPS) and authentication is passwordless. We limit the data collected to what is strictly necessary. The service is not intended for minors under 15 without the consent of a holder of parental authority.
